From the moment we stepped into the grand lobby to the day of our departure, the Four Seasons Hotel Seoul made us feel like royalty.

The Four Seasons Hotel Seoul truly excels in providing world-class service that is both warm and attentive. From the friendly smiles and warm greetings of the staff to their unwavering commitment to fulfilling every guest's needs, we were consistently impressed. Throughout our stay at the Four Seasons Hotel Seoul, there were numerous instances that truly exemplified the hotel's 5-star service.
Our first encounter was when we realised that we had run out of bath gel (albeit very unceremoniously during our shower). We called housekeeping and the hotel's exceptional responsiveness shone through as they delivered a fresh supply within a remarkable five minutes of our request. This swift and efficient service showcased the hotel's commitment to ensuring that guests' needs are met promptly and with utmost attention. We had also experienced a delightful surprise one afternoon when housekeeping made an unexpected visit to our room, delivering freshly baked cookies. We thought this was a thoughtful gesture which showcased the hotel's attention to detail and their commitment to creating memorable experiences for their guests.
Last but not least, on the day of our check-out, protests occurred nearby, leading to roadblocks and transportation disruptions. Public transport became a problem, and walking to the next hotel with our luggage would have been difficult. However, even in the face of these unforeseen circumstances, the Four Seasons Hotel Seoul displayed its exceptional dedication to guest satisfaction. The concierge staff, particularly Dan, took the extra effort to alleviate our concerns and ensure a seamless transition. With his resourcefulness, Dan managed to arrange for a cab promptly, allowing us to make our way to our next hotel with ease. This level of attentiveness and commitment to guest welfare solidified the hotel's reputation for exceptional service and reliability. In all, the attention to detail and genuine care for guest satisfaction were unparalleled and the Four Seasons Hotel Seoul has our 5 star approval.
Stunning Design and Luxurious Interiors
The hotel's design is a harmonious blend of traditional Korean elements and contemporary elegance. The spacious lobby, adorned with exquisite artwork and breath-taking floral arrangements, instantly transported us into a world of refined luxury. The attention to detail in the interior design, from the meticulously crafted furniture to the carefully chosen colour palettes, created a serene ambiance throughout the hotel. Even stepping into the lobby was a sensory delight as the air was infused with a luxurious and inviting fragrance, instantly enveloping us in an atmosphere of elegance and comfort, enhancing the overall ambiance of the hotel.
Our deluxe room was a haven of comfort and sophistication and served as a tranquil retreat from bustling Seoul. The spaciousness of the room, coupled with the lovely king-size bed, provided a peaceful retreat. The combination of soft linens, plush pillows, and a cozy mattress made it incredibly inviting, promising nights of restful sleep that were simply irresistible (almost making it too difficult to get up to explore what Seoul had to offer). The presence of a luxurious soaking tub and a double vanity added an extra touch of indulgence to our stay and we did spend an entire evening soaking in the tub,
World-Class Facilities
The Four Seasons Hotel Seoul offers an array of exceptional facilities that cater to diverse guest preferences. While we didn't have the chance to explore the fitness center or indulge in spa treatments, we found ourselves enchanted by the hotel's indoor vitality pool, which became our daily oasis of relaxation. Additionally, we had the pleasure of visiting Charles H., the renowned speakeasy bar ranked 7th in Asia's Top 50 Bars which also impressed us with its delectable food and snacks.
Location
The Four Seasons Hotel Seoul had a perfect location, nestled in a quieter corner away from the noise and bustle of the city. However, it remained conveniently close to major attractions, with Gyeongbokgung Palace being less than a 10-minute walk away. This ideal balance provided a tranquil retreat while ensuring easy access to the captivating cultural experiences that Seoul has to offer.
Our stay at the Four Seasons Hotel Seoul was an experience we will cherish for a lifetime. Every aspect of our visit, from the exceptional service to the stunning design and remarkable pool and bar experiences, exceeded our highest expectations. The hotel's impeccable service and warm hospitality created an atmosphere where we felt truly cared for and valued as guests.
